Our Return and Refund Policy

Here at The Cali PolkaDot Shroom Bars®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your PolkaDot chocolate bars or gummies, please review our return/refund policy below.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Customers must check the “SHIPPING INSURANCE” box at checkout during the purchase of the item.
  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days from the day of delivery of your order.

NB:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

Return Process:

Please follow the steps below in order to initiate the return process.

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@buypolkadotbars.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

NB:

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15–20 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Which is approximately 30 days from the day the item was purchased and delivered.

NB:

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fee

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions:

Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
