  • No refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
  • No returns accepted due to dissatisfaction with the product experience.

2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

While all sales are final, we will consider refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

a) Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the incorrect item
  • The original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

b) Damaged or Defective Products

If your Polka Dot Chocolate Bar arrives damaged, melted, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Order confirmation details

Resolution Options:

  • If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a verified product defect.

Please note: Minor cosmetic damage (such as small cracks in chocolate) does not qualify for refunds or replacements.


3. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to courier issues. However, we recommend:

  • Checking tracking updates regularly.
  • Verifying shipping details before placing your order.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier for resolution if your package is missing.

If a package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier before reaching out to us.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:

We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:

❌ Packages delayed due to courier or customs issues.
